Accounting and Towing Clerk – Gravel Auto Parts
Location: Saint-Jérôme, QC
Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Day

Gravel Auto Parts is a leader in the sale and distribution of new and used auto parts. We are rapidly expanding and looking for new talent to join our dynamic team.
Main responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable: verify invoices, reconcile account statements, and prepare payments.
- Coordinate vehicle towing and communicate with customers;
- File vehicle records and registration documents;
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team in various related tasks.
Required profile:
- Experience or training in accounting (minimum 1 year or equivalent in data entry and verification);
- Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic environment;
- Comfortable with computer tools;
- Good team spirit and excellent listening skills;
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing tasks.
Assets:
- Bilingualism (French/English);
- Knowledge of Acomba software;
- DEP or DEC diploma in accounting;
- Experience in customer service.
