We are looking for a Service Advisor whose mission will be to welcome and assist customers by offering them accurate and tailored advice. Under the supervision of the service manager, you will gather the information needed to identify vehicle repair and maintenance needs, in addition to coordinating the work schedule and ensuring quality customer service.
Main responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival and obtain information about their car;
- Open and close work orders;
- Forward the correct information to the workshop technician responsible for the vehicle;
- Communicate with customers throughout the process to keep them informed of the progress of work on their vehicle;
- Explain the nature of the work performed and all costs to customers;
- Advise customers on how to care for their cars and emphasize the importance of maintaining them according to the manufacturer's technical specifications;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction;
- Perform all other related duties as required and requested by management.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of mechanics;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ideally, experience as a Service Advisor;
- Ability to suggest, advise, and sell additional services to customers;
- Patient, calm, and a team player;
- Computer skills;
- Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset);
- Valid driver's license;
- Any combination of training and experience will be evaluated.
