We are looking for a versatile CPA accountant to ensure rigorous financial management and support our daily operations related to transactions, payroll, and reconciliations. Your day-to-day role:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Payment and collection of vehicles (sales, exchanges, financing);
- Processing staff payroll and tracking commissions;
- Tracking outstanding invoices and reconciling sales in transit;
- Updating buyer and seller commission tables;
- Managing and receiving Interac payments;
- Preparing and making bank deposits, including bank drafts;
- Production and collection of checks;
- Daily bank reconciliation;
- Due diligence prior to any vehicle payment.

To be successful in this role:

- At least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in an SME and in the automotive sector;
- Proven experience in payroll processing;
- Excellent command of QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Excel and Google Drive;
- Knowledge of dealership management software (an asset);
- High degree of autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
