Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Position: Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager.

As Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met by training and motivating employees and closely monitoring their performance to ensure customer satisfaction in both sales and after-sales service.

Required experience and training:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (a major asset);
- Management experience;
- Customer service oriented;
- Enthusiastic and motivated;
- Good communication skills, responsible and independent;
- Professional appearance;
- Strong team management skills.

You must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and approve transactions;
- Coach sales consultants to help them achieve their goals;
- Maintain contact with the manufacturer;
- Maintain existing processes and apply them as needed;
- Be responsible for new vehicle sales targets and manufacturer performance indicators.

We offer:

- Salary between $90K and $130K per year;
- Optional company car provided.
