Your day-to-day role:
Working alongside the renewal manager, you will become the voice—and sometimes the virtual smile—that ensures our customers' loyalty. Your mandate is simple: offer a human and personalized experience, while being proactive in your follow-ups.
Specifically, you will:
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, chat, or email to discuss their file.
• Ask the right questions to understand their current situation and future needs.
• Present promotions, new products, and current offers.
• Provide an initial assessment of the trade-in vehicle when necessary.
• Work hand in hand with the sales team to turn virtual exchanges into dealership appointments.
• Update information in the CRM with rigor and precision.
• Provide vehicle prices and details when requested.
• Contribute to any improvements aimed at optimizing the customer experience.

• Natural ease with computers, digital tools, and CRM.
• Flawless French, both spoken and written.
• Functional English (this is an important asset!).
• Positive attitude, willingness to collaborate, and strong team spirit.
• Rigorous, independent, and highly organized.
