Mazda de Laval is currently looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and automobiles, and who is ready to provide our customers with a unique experience!
As a Service Advisor, the person will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to determine the repair and maintenance needs of their vehicles;
- Sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring quality customer service;
- Follow up with customers;
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a technical advisor in the automotive industry;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Bilingualism in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Good computer skills (Serti an asset);
- Sales skills.
