Under the supervision of the service manager, the incumbent will have full control of the service department's workflow. They will be responsible for analyzing daily needs and coordinating work with their team of just over 40 highly qualified technicians.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual;
- Extensive technical knowledge in the automotive field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, e.g., Service Advisor / Technician;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to manage the high expectations of our customers;
- Professional;
- Skilled with MS Office and ADP (an asset);
- Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
