Sales Consultant – Pre-Owned Vehicles

We are looking for Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultants for our Volkswagen Laurentides dealership!

What you should know about us:

- An automotive group that now has four dealerships: Volkswagen Laurentides, Vaudreuil Volkswagen, Hawkesbury Ford, and Volkswagen Ste-Agathe.

We are looking for a highly experienced candidate with a distinguished and polished presentation to fill a used vehicle sales advisor position. Experience with Volkswagen products would be an asset.

Job summary:

The incumbent will accompany, guide, and advise customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional sales skills, generating averages above industry standards. The incumbent must have good verbal and written communication skills, be bilingual, punctual, highly organized, and skilled at dealing with customers. The sales consultant must also be independent, able to work in a team, perform well in a competitive environment, and be committed to providing superior customer service.

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, the main responsibilities are as follows:

- Complete Volkswagen training at the VW Academy during the probationary period;
- Welcome customers and establish a relationship of trust;
- Help customers choose a vehicle based on their needs;
- Explain product performance, features, and benefits to customers;
- Offer test drives to all customers;
- Follow up with customers;
- Conduct structured follow-ups;
- Obtain the required information and complete all necessary documents for vehicle preparation;
- Stay up to date on new products and their advantages in terms of features, accessories, etc.;
- Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

- Highly autonomous;
- Initiative;
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Serti (an asset).
