Assistant Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Since opening our first Mitsubishi dealership in Blainville in 2003, we have built a solid group that now includes four Mitsubishi dealerships (Blainville, Terrebonne, Saint-Jérôme, Brossard) and Récré-Auto Entrepôt Laval.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support our Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the department and maximize the team's results.

Your role:

You will be a key player in the sales department, acting as a strategist, motivator, and team player.

Your goal: to support sales management, help the team meet (and exceed) its targets, and ensure that every customer has a flawless experience.

Your day-to-day tasks:

- Greet customers with confidence, professionalism, and attentiveness.
- Assess their needs and recommend the vehicle that's right for them.
- Manage the sales process, from negotiation to closing.
- Support advisors in their transactions and take over when necessary.
- Participate in sales strategy and team performance analysis.
- Contribute to inventory management and trade-in vehicle evaluation.
- Work closely with management to ensure consistency and efficiency of processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a car dealership, ideally in sales or team management.
- Excellent skills in trade-in vehicle evaluation and inventory management.
- Good judgment, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Positive leadership and team spirit.
- Comfortable with Merlin, Activix, and SERTI systems (an asset).
- Excellent communication skills in French and functional English.
- Availability to work Saturdays (Tuesday to Saturday schedule).
