The candidate must be able to communicate in English, both orally (intermediate) and in writing (beginner), in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele.
Requirements:
- You have experience working in a car dealership;
- Experience in an after-sales service department is an asset;
- You are focused on customer service (internal and external);
- You are a team player;
- You have good computer skills. Knowledge of SERTI software is a desirable asset.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting departments in various operations to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. The role includes several key tasks, such as:
- Welcoming customers to the dealership;
- Maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment for customers waiting in our waiting room by ensuring the premises are clean and offering refreshments;
- Providing additional support to the after-sales service department to offer immediate assistance to our customers;
- Making calls for the appointment center;
- Performing various follow-ups related to web requests;
- Sending various emails to our customers;
- Working closely with all departments to maintain an exceptional customer experience standard;
- Perform all other related tasks as needed.
