Job description
Toyota St-Léonard is looking for a results-oriented Used Vehicle Manager who is motivated to propel the used car department's sales to a new level of performance.
Under the Toyota banner, we sell all brands in the used vehicle category. We are looking for a leader who can develop effective strategies to increase sales volume, average profitability, and the quality of our inventory.
Your main responsibilities:
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase department performance
- Analyze the market and adjust prices using the vAuto system
- Find solutions to increase inventory and improve vehicle turnover
- Manage and motivate the used car sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor average profitability per vehicle and propose concrete actions to improve it
- Work closely with management and related departments (new cars, financing, service)
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and management in accordance with Toyota standards
Required profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in used car department management
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive market and management platforms (vAuto, Serti, etc.)
- Proven ability to develop growth strategies and achieve ambitious goals
