The Opportunity
We're seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Dealer Development Manager (DDM) to help drive SecureDrive's expansion in the Ontario market. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role suited to someone who thrives on achieving measurable results, strengthening dealer relationships, and delivering consistent execution at the retail level.
You will be responsible for growing contract counts, deepening penetration, and ensuring our dealer partners receive best-in-class support and training.

- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealer partners in alignment with SecureDrive's national growth strategy.
- Collaborate with dealer principals and F&I teams to improve product mix, sales process, and profitability.
- Deliver regular performance reviews, business planning sessions, and in-dealership sales coaching.
- Leverage data and reporting from the LGM Hub to create actionable performance improvement plans.
- Support the Regional Sales Director and National VP, SecureDrive, in achieving quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Represent SecureDrive and LGM with professionalism and accountability at every touchpoint.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of proven success in F&I, dealer group management, or financial product sales.
- Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and F&I processes.
- Relationship-builder with a hunter mentality and the discipline to manage a diverse territory.
- Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and act on data and KPIs to drive dealer performance.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Ontario regularly.
What We Offer
- The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - 110,000 + commission.
- Hybrid work model. This role will require travel throughout GTA.
- A competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive health benefits plan, Group RRSP, performance bonus, health and wellness benefits, and education sponsorship.
- Four paid days annually to "give back" to the community, along with your birthday off.
- A vehicle rebate program of up to $400 per month.
Why Join LGM
