Job duties and responsibilities:
- Record and balance sales files while ensuring their compliance;
- Validate commission calculations for sales representatives and sales managers;
- Pay balances and financing;
- Perform all tasks related to accounting;
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable (occasionally);
- File documents.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk;
- Experience as an accounting clerk in the automotive sales industry (an asset);
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of Serti and Merlin software (an asset).
