Cummins is looking for an experienced Service administrator to complete their team in Fort McMurray, AB.
In this role, you will have the following impacts:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
- Analyze customers needs, gathers pertinent information.
- Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems.
- Provides some status updates to customers, as requested.
Responsibilities
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience acquired in the work place is required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Experience:
- Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through previous work experience.
- Excellent customer service skills-knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft, Adobe).
- Basic engine knowledge is a great asset for this role.
- About the role:
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 730am to 4pm at the branch.
- Primary point of contact and computer work.

Compensation and benefits
