We are currently looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer service-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient management and distribution of parts, while supporting technicians and the service department.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries by phone, in person, or by email.
- Greet and serve Technicians and customers at the counter.
- Identify, locate, and provide the necessary parts accurately and efficiently.
- Manage parts orders: receive, verify, inventory, and invoice.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory and participate in periodic counts.
- Work in collaboration with the service department to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
- Use computer systems to search for and manage parts.
Required profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of CDK software (a significant asset).
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of mechanics (an asset)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of computer systems and inventory management.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit.
Working conditions:
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends).
