Mechanic Workshop Manager

Job description:

Are you passionate about mechanics and would like to manage a motivated team?

We are looking for a dynamic Garage Manager to ensure the smooth running of our mechanical workshop and the reliability of our fleet of over 100 vehicles.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance and repair work, while ensuring the safety and compliance of our vehicles with MTQ standards.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily activities of the garage and support the team of mechanics.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Manage parts orders and inventory.
- Ensure the mechanical compliance of all buses.
- Promote a safe working environment that complies with OHS standards.

Required profile:

- Leadership, thoroughness, and excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics (DEP in mechanics an asset).
- P.E.P. card.
