Accountant

Our Chrysler dealership located on the South Shore of Montreal is looking for an Accountant.

Main responsibilities:

- Record vehicle sales contracts;
- Submit claims and track electric rebates;
- Prepare sales representative commissions;
- Record purchase invoices for new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Make warranty payments;
- Perform bank reconciliation;
- Analyze inventory schedules and other sales-related documents;
- Prepare month-end financial statements.

Requirements:

- Experience in accounting for vehicle sales records;
- Excellent command of the entire accounting cycle;
- Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Ability and interest in working independently and as part of a team;
- Punctual.
