Parts Manager

Viau Ford de Saint-Rémi, a well-established Ford dealership in Saint-Rémi for over 50 years, is looking for a Parts Manager with experience in an automotive dealership parts department.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in a parts department, who has good organizational skills, is comfortable dealing with customers and staff, and is personally motivated to take on a new challenge!

Knowledge of the Serti system and Ford products would be an asset.

This is a day shift position and the department's hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Requirements:

- Experience in a dealership parts department;
- Methodical, structured, and organized;
- Punctual;
- Good communication skills;
- Computer literate;
- Good leadership skills;
- Able to communicate functionally in English.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the department as a whole;
- Set departmental objectives;
- Develop retail, online, and wholesale sales;
- Manage the department's annual operating budget;
- Maintain a balanced inventory that meets the needs of the various departments and wholesale;
- Manage and stimulate the sale of accessories and tires;
- Ensure effective communication within your department and with other departments.
