New Vehicles Sales Representative

Groupe Lanctôt, a group that is always expanding! We are looking for New Vehicles Sales Consultants for our Volkswagen Laurentides dealership!

Under the supervision of the sales manager, your main responsibilities will be:

- Complete Volkswagen training at the VW Academy during the probationary period.
- Welcome customers and establish a relationship of trust.
- Help customers choose a vehicle based on their needs.
- Explain product performance, operation, and benefits to customers;
- Offer test drives to all your customers;
- Obtain the required information and complete all necessary documents for vehicle preparation;
- Stay up to date on new products and their benefits in terms of features, accessories, etc.;
- Perform any other duties related to the position.

Requirements:

- Highly autonomous;
- Initiative;
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Serti (an asset).
- Knowledge of Activix is an asset.
