New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Delivery Attendant

Groupe Lanctôt, a group that is always expanding! We are looking for a New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Delivery attendant for our Volkswagen Laurentides dealership!

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, your main responsibilities will be:

- Physical delivery of new and used vehicles (including a full explanation of how the vehicles work to customers).
- Prepare paper delivery files for new and used vehicles.
- Discount files after delivery.
- Stay up to date on new products and their advantages in terms of features, accessories, etc.
- Complete training at the VW Academy related to the job duties.
- Perform all other related tasks associated with the position.

Requirements:

- Highly independent.
- Initiative.
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Serti (an asset).
- Knowledge of Activix (an asset).
