Right now we are adding a PART TIME Receptionist to our team with a schedule that includes both weekdays AND weekends.
In this role you are quite literally the first person people see when they enter the dealership. Whether they are a customer looking for a sales consultant, a courier dropping a package, or someone here for an appointment with our head office, your first priority is to welcome everyone that comes in.
You're main responsibilities will be to oversee the reception area which includes individuals and groups coming into the dealership, phone calls, and emails. You are constantly juggling a few things at once and this is your sweet spot. You will also be charged with making sure the showroom and the customer lounge area remains clean, organized, and stocked. In addition, you will take on various tasks such as entering customer data, booking appointments, supporting the Sales Manager and General Manager, and more.
The role requires experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage various online programs (CRM, email, inventory log, MS Office, etc.), and someone who is self-organized.

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour
