Job description
We are looking for a Parts Clerk.
The Parts Clerk will meet the automotive parts needs of their customers by providing superior service in keeping with the image of the dealership.
The Parts Clerk's duties:
- Providing information to customers regarding their part requests;
- Billing parts;
- Educating customers on accessory parts and promotions;
- Answering incoming calls, providing prices and other information
- Assisting in handling parts;
- Putting away parts;
- Carrying out any related duties to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Job requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience (a plus);
- Knowledge of the automotive industry;
- Good knowledge of mechanics;
- Professionalism;
- Able to multitask, structure and organization;
- Good sense of priorities;
- Good computer skills (knowledge of CDK software, an asset);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Professional presentation;
- Able to express oneself in a professional manner in both French and English.
