Job description
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle. Your tasks will include presenting models, organizing test drives, negotiating sales or lease terms, finalizing contracts, and providing after-sales support. Prospecting for new customers and retaining existing customers are also key responsibilities.
Main tasks:
- Welcoming and advising: Greet customers, understand their needs, and advise them on the most suitable vehicle and services.
- Sales and negotiation: Present vehicles (new and used), their features, and options. Offer financing solutions and peripheral products, and negotiate sales terms.
- Test drives: Organize and accompany customers during test drives.
- Formalizing the sale: Prepare and have sales or lease contracts signed.
- Follow-up and prospecting: Provide after-sales follow-up and carry out prospecting activities to generate new leads.

- Manage online requests.
- Deliver sold vehicles and explain how they work.
- Manage vehicle parking at the dealership.
- Participate in the maintenance and preparation of used vehicles.
- Maintain a good knowledge of products and the automotive market.
- Comply with presentation and professional dress code guidelines.
