As a technical advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality services to our customers by ensuring clear and effective communication between the technical department and customers. Your technical expertise, combined with your sense of service, will help strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your main responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers on the technical work required for their vehicle.
- Work closely with the service team to plan and prioritize work.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on repairs and maintenance performed.
- Provide clear and transparent explanations of the work performed and the associated costs.

The ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a technical advisor or in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills in French, with the ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms.
- A keen sense of customer service and a professional attitude.
- The ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
