It all started on the rally circuits, where Réjean Losier and his sons, Simon and Maxime, fell in love with the performance and reliability of Japanese cars.

Driven by this passion, Mr. Losier opened his first Mitsubishi dealership in Blainville in 2003, in partnership with the Boisvert Group. Since then, Groupe Losier has continued to grow: four Mitsubishi dealerships, several recreational vehicle dealerships, and a rapidly expanding team.

Today, we are looking for a new Mechanic to join our team in St-Jérôme.

Your day-to-day role:

Under the Workshop Manager's supervision, you will participate in the maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of Mitsubishi and other brands of vehicles. Whether you are a certified mechanic or a level 3 apprentice, you will have the opportunity to get your hands dirty and develop your skills within a strong team.

Your main responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on our customers' vehicles;
- Make accurate diagnoses using specialized tools;
- Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, filters, inspections, etc.);
- Install and adjust parts and accessories according to manufacturer standards;
- Perform road tests and quality checks after repairs;
- Document the work performed and ensure rigorous follow-up of maintenance records.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of workshop experience (for certified Mechanics);
- Knowledge or experience with the Mitsubishi brand (an asset);
- Interest in hybrid and electric technologies;
- Rigorous, autonomous, and a team player;
- Organized and committed to a job well done.

- Vocational Diploma in automotive mechanics (required)
- Valid skill cards (a major asset) or Level 3 apprentice in the process of obtaining certification.
