Your main responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome customers and provide attentive service.
- Efficiently schedule appointments based on workshop availability.
- Open, track, and close work orders with precision.
- Perform billing accurately and professionally.
- Listen, understand, and communicate with empathy about customer needs.
- Pass on the necessary information to technicians to ensure smooth service;
- Clearly explain the work performed and advise on recommended maintenance;
- Actively participate in team life and contribute to the smooth running of the department.

What we are looking for:

- A person who is passionate about customer service and has excellent listening skills;
- A positive, professional, and courteous attitude;
- A motivated team player;
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
- Knowledge of Serti software is a plus;
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
