Behind every great service experience is a strong parts department, and we're looking for a Parts Manager who's ready to lead that charge!As our Parts Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our parts department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service for all of our customers. What You'll Do:

 

  • Lead and inspire the Parts Department team to deliver top-tier customer service and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
  • Manage inventory with precision, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Oversee financials, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control, to drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless parts availability and operations.


What We're Looking For:

 

  • Minimum 2years experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and trade distribution.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong numeracy, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, automotive industry standards, and best practices.
