What you'll do 

We're looking for a dynamic Director, FP&A (m/f/d) to lead key budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives that drive informed business decisions. In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders across the organization to provide actionable insights, streamline financial processes, and influence strategic outcomes. You'll play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, improving performance visibility, and supporting long-term growth. 
 

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, consolidating results and presenting insights to senior management for the AutoSync (Software) division.
  • Analyze monthly performance and key variances to guide profit-focused and strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate new business initiatives and long-term strategic plans.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools and processes to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights.


What You Bring 
 

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, or CFA designation required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and business partnering skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; SQL and VBA skills are an asset.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
