Sales Manager - Pre-owned

An established car dealership in Vaudreuil-Dorion, near the West Island of Montreal, is looking for a Used Vehicle Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and lead the sales department to achieve set objectives and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Manage the department’s budget, inventory, and performance.
    • Support sales representatives in the sales process.
    • Ensure effective marketing of used vehicles, both online and in the dealership.
    • Analyze results and implement improvement strategies.

Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales management position at a car dealership.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
    • Good knowledge of the used vehicle market and strong skills in inventory management and vehicle appraisal.
    • Proficiency with computer tools related to automotive sales and appraisal.
    • Ability to communicate in both French and English to meet the needs of a bilingual clientele.
