Main responsibilities:
- Manage the service, parts, and after-sales departments;
- Oversee hiring, staff management, and scheduling;
- Handle budgeting, invoicing, and work orders;
- Develop and implement performance strategies;
- Plan workshop operations to achieve established objectives;
- Optimize internal procedures and ensure proper follow-up;
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets;
- Maintain close tracking of performance indicators.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager;
- Excellent mechanical knowledge;
- Strong sense of initiative, good judgment, attention to detail, and adaptability;
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English to serve our bilingual clientele;
- Strong proficiency with the Serti software.
