Ville-Marie Kia is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Manager to lead its service department.
Reporting to General Management, the incumbent will have full responsibility for the management of the service department, the profitability of operations and the maintenance of the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise all of the department activities.
- Manage, motivate and support the team of technical advisors, technicians and administrative staff.
- Ensure superior after-sales service and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.
- Set, monitor and achieve performance, productivity and profitability targets.
- Manage warranty claims, recall programs and relations with the Kia manufacturer.
- Collaborate with Parts, Sales and Administration departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Analyze performance reports (efficiency, productivity, billable hours, CSI, etc.) and propose improvement measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
Profile
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in managing an automotive service department.
- Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
- Strong sense of customer service and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the Serti system (MANDATORY)
- Ability to interpret financial reports and track performance indicators.
- Training in administration, management or related field (an asset).
- Knowledge of Kia products, processes and standards (REQUIRED).
