We are currently seeking a passionate, organized and results-oriented Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure operational excellence on a daily basis.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all service department operations.
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate the work of technicians and support staff.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high quality standards.
- Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction (CSI), technician performance and productivity, department efficiency (efficiency & proficiency) and profitability as well as manage billable hours.
- Manage schedules, work distribution and task prioritization.
- Analyze departmental financial reports and recommend actions for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and parts departments to ensure optimal synergy.
- Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Train, coach and motivate staff to maximize their performance.
Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent team management, communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of CDK software (an important asset).
- Ability to interpret and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Inspiring leadership and collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Good knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite, CRM, etc.).
