Assistant Sales Manager - Pre-Owned vehicles

We're looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in pre-owned vehicles. With over 100 vehicles in stock onsite, our dealership offers a stimulating, performance-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving established objectives. As a hands-on leader, he/she will establish a climate of trust and collaboration with sales representatives in order to develop the best sales strategies and tactics. Compliance with internal procedures and team cohesion are essential for success in this role.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Perform desking and T.O. with sales representatives;
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles;
- Supervise vehicle placement on line;
- Ensure rigorous daily follow-up of the CRM;
- Organize regular meetings with representatives;
- Monitor vehicle delivery milestones;
- Manage the dispatch of vehicles to the body shop;
- Help manage customer complaints in support of the Sales Manager.
- Sell around 100 used vehicles.

Requirements:

- You have solid experience in automotive sales and a real passion for customer service;
- You are comfortable with computer tools and customer management using CRM software;
- A diploma in automotive sales is a major asset and will be strongly considered;
- You demonstrate leadership, rigor and excellent organizational skills, while contributing positively to team spirit;
- You are available on Saturdays and demonstrate a professional and proactive attitude at all times.
