We're currently looking for new talent to join our new vehicle sales team. Be part of a growing dealership where your expertise and passion make the difference
We sell over 1700 new and pre-owned vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for representing the dealership to its customers and achieving planned sales targets. More specifically, you will:
- Welcome customers to the dealership and establish a relationship of trust in order to clearly identify their needs;
- Present and advise customers on new Hyundai vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits and technologies;
- Carry out road tests and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales with exceptional customer service;
- Explain financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance department;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with potential and existing customers to foster loyalty;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai models, current promotions and market trends;
- Utilize existing CRM (Acitvix) to facilitate customer and sales follow-up;
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience;
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership.

Requirements and assets:
- Relevant experience in automotive sales, ideally between 1 and 3 years of' experience;
- Basic computer skills;
- Diploma in automotive sales, a considerable asset;
- Familiarity with the One-Eight system (CDK), a major advantage.
