We're looking for a passionate and committed Service Manager to lead our service department with excellence and innovation.
Your main responsibilities:
- Effectively and profitably oversee the service department;
- Plan performance objectives with management and implement actions to achieve them;
- Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service quality, productivity and profitability;
- Ensure the updating of packages according to changes in product and parts prices;
- Manage workflow and maintain fluid communication between advisors, technicians and washers;
- Monitor technician performance and optimize the efficiency of technical advisors;
- Promote a harmonious team spirit among all dealership departments;
- Implement customer loyalty initiatives;
- Maintain an accurate record of Technicians' technical training;
- Find effective solutions to customer concerns;
- Prepare and update required reports.
Your profile:
- You have 5 years of relevant experience as a Service Manager, Parts Manager, Service Advisor, Shop Foreman or Automotive Technician;
- You are known for your team spirit and motivating leadership.
