The Capital Ford Lincoln team in Winnipeg is seeking a Service Valet & Porter to join our team! In this role, you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences by being the friendly, dependable face who ensures guests get safely to and from the dealership while supporting the smooth, efficient flow of our busy Service Department.

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Manage the flow of customer and dealership vehicles in and out of the service area.
  • Deliver and pick up customers in a prompt, polite, and professional manner to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service drive, customer waiting areas, and other designated spaces.
  • Assist with organizing and managing service loaner vehicles.
  • Run errands as needed, such as picking up parts or shuttling customers.
  • Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as required.
  • Ensure the shuttle vehicle is kept clean and organized, both inside and out.
  • Ensure the shuttle vehicle and keys are returned at the end of every shift in good condition.
  • Report any shuttle vehicle issues or damages immediately.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of the shuttle vehicle, including checking oil and fluid levels.
  • Assist the Lot and Service teams in maintaining a clean and organized lot.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in and promote health and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
 

  • Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Familiar and comfortable navigating the city of Winnipeg
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proven track record of reliability
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Energized by customer interactions with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is an asset
