The Position
Reporting to the Program Director, Practice Improvement the role of Auto Dealer Partnerships Specialist will execute on and collaboratively create Bromwich+Smith's Automotive Partnership Program. The role is accountable for driving revenue growth by strategically expanding our portfolio of partnered auto dealerships. The successful candidate will accomplish this through the identification, implementation, and management of mutually beneficial referral networks within the auto dealership sector across our target markets of the Edmonton area.
Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively identify, initiate, and cultivate reciprocal relationships with automotive dealerships and dealership groups.
- Scale and expand existing auto dealership partnerships.
- Creation and execution of innovative strategies, ensuring that our network continually evolves to meet the dynamic demands of the insolvency and automotive markets.
- Accountable to the organization's KPI's by driving business referral leads.
- Primary point of contact between internal and external parties championing best in class client experience.
Education, Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, along with extensive knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Minimum College Diploma or equivalent, preferably in sales, marketing, and or business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence others to act.
- Proven presentation skills to varying groups within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM software and maintenance of business development contacts
- Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and remotely.
- Ability to connect virtually or in person and drive successful results and partnerships with a wide range of prospects.
