What You'll Do:

 

• Engage with customers in person, online, and by phone to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicles
• Manage and follow up on leads from multiple sources to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and new Kia models through regular training
• Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business

What You Bring:

 

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience (Kia, Hyundai, or OEM brand experience an asset)
• A passion for cars and helping people find the perfect fit
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A positive, go-getter attitude and desire to continuously improve
• Valid OMVIC and Ontario Driver's Licenses
