- Advise our customers on their vehicle-related needs, clearly explaining billing and work performed;
- Manage the opening and closing of work orders with rigor and professionalism;
- Ensure quality service, by listening to expectations and proposing appropriate solutions.

Profile:
- Previous experience in the automotive sector (mandatory);
- Bilingual, able to communicate effectively, with excellent oral and written skills in French and English;
- Service-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude;
- Computer literate, ideally with CDK software (an asset);
- Autonomy, dynamism and interpersonal skills to evolve in a demanding environment.
