Blainville Ford is growing and preparing to expand its dealership. To support this expansion, we need new talent on our team. We are currently looking for a claims agent to join our after-sales service department.
We're looking for you!
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage warranty claims with Ford of Canada;
- Verify and submit documents required to process claims;
- Ensure follow-up and compliance with manufacturer standards;
- Work closely with the Service Manager, Technical Advisors and Technicians;
- Maintain warranty records and assist in resolving billing issues;
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the service department.
Profile:
- Experience in the automotive field (an important asset);
- Knowledge of CDK, SERTI (an important asset);
- Good organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- Fluency in spoken and written French (English an asset).
