Financial & Insurance Manager

We are currently seeking a Financial & Insurance Manager to join our exceptional sales team.

Your role will be to manage pre-owned vehicle sales transactions, with a focus on financing, warranty and insurance sales, and other protection products that enhance the buying experience.

Primarily, you will process financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly through financing sources for approval.
You will negotiate with financial institutions in the event of refusal, submitting, where appropriate, the file to your superior for negotiation of special conditions. You will act as a reference in financing matters and forge a bond of trust with customers in order to offer them an outstanding experience. You will also process vehicle trade-in transactions, while following legal procedures (links, CarProof report and tax application).

You will be required to collaborate with all the dealership's departments, both operationally and administratively.

We are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet customer needs;
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close transactions successfully;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
