We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical "Data Analyst " to join our Western Region team located in Vancouver! This is your opportunity to drive data-driven insights and support informed decision-making at one of Canada's leading automotive companies! This role is responsible for working with our FP&A and Western Region Team to collect and analyze data with the outcome of producing comprehensive reports and presentation materials. Advanced MS Excel skills are required.

• Enjoys working with data - from compiling to analyzing points that lead to actionable insights.
• Likes to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills both in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean and interpret complex data that identifies trends and areas of opportunity.
• Ability to extract and work with large volumes of data to conduct meaningful analysis.
• Develop reports and visual dashboards or presentations that display operational KPIs.
• Strong aptitude and comfort in working with various technological platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships and collaborate with various groups and stakeholders.
• Provide analysis for ad hoc projects and reporting needs.
• Execute administrative tasks as required.
The Requirements:
• Post secondary education in business, finance, accounting, or related field. Equivalent experience as an alternative may be considered.
• Ability to navigate data and produce comprehensive professional reports and presentations.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be able to translate data into comprehensive presentations and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and self-disciplined.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse groups and departments.
• Accounting background and experience an asset.
