Job description
At Girard Automobile, we do things simply, but well. For over 100 years, we've been taking care of people as well as their vehicles.
We're looking for someone with experience, capable of assembling a team and making sure everything runs smoothly: from phone calls to detailing. Someone calm, structured, who knows how to listen to both customers and team members.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the department's teams: telephone reminders, technical advisors, workshop, technicians, detailing;
- Ensure the smooth running of the department and excellent customer service;
- Work with our warranty management provider;
- Develop and retain service customers;
- Monitor performance and optimize operations.
Profile:
- Experience in automotive after-sales service management;
- Mobilizing leadership and a strong sense of customer service;
- Good knowledge of service management software;
- Experience with warranties an important asset.
