Financial & Insurance Manager

HGrégoire Mitsubishi Laval is looking for a specialized credit Financial & Insurance Manager to join our team. If you have experience in alternative credit auto financing and excel in customer service, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

- Advise customers and sell financial products and guarantees;
- Processing Internet requests (web leads);
- Evaluation of Equifax and TransUnion credit files;
- Be responsible for vehicle financing and propose appropriate solutions;
- Establish a lasting relationship of trust with customers;
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of financial products;
- Negotiate and find advantageous solutions for all parties involved;
- Ensure administrative management: record keeping and preparation of financial documents;
- Convey information clearly, both orally and in writing;
- Ask the right questions, listen and understand customer needs;
- Communicate all relevant vehicle, delivery and financial information;
- Work in collaboration with the delivery department and accounting.

Skills:

- Proven experience as a financial manager in specialized credit;
- Experience in automotive sales (an asset);
- Functional French-English bilingualism, both oral and written, to serve our unilingual French-speaking clientele and our large unilingual English-speaking clientele;
- Strong sales and customer service skills;
- Knowledge of Dealertrack, Desk-It (an asset) and Activix software;
- Professional attitude and sense of collaboration;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
