Job description
Sherbrooke Mitsubishi is looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales Manager to lead its sales department. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated leader with a passion for the automobile, recognized for his or her professionalism and ability to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and motivate the sales team (new and pre-owned vehicles);
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly objectives;
- Ensure a high level of customer service;
- Work closely with finance, marketing and after-sales departments;
- Manage inventory and place vehicle orders;
- Train and evaluate the performance of sales consultants;
- Analyze performance reports and adjust tactics as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management position in a car dealership;
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills;
- Good knowledge of the Quebec automotive market (new and used);
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
- Bilingualism (French / English) an asset.
