As a Service Video Advisorat Anchor Toyota,you will take videos of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keeping them updated on progress and allowing them a chance to be part of the decision-making process. This role will also involve maintaining a tidy environment both in the shop and on the lot, as well as other duties assigned by the Service Manager. This is an entry-level position, providing the opportunity to gain a rewarding career with Atlantic Canada's largest automotive group.
Competitive Wage Range: $17.50 - $19.75 per hour, plus bonus plan
*Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Capture precise, high-quality video documentation of vehicle repairs.
- Clearly and professionally explain the technician's diagnosis and repair recommendations on video.
- Upload and send videos to clients promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide support across the service department as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Confidence in explaining service processes on camera (voice only).
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all video documentation.
- Punctuality and reliability, we need someone we can count on!
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
