Job description
We are looking for a Parts Clerk.
Duties:
- Receive parts and equipment, unpack and distribute items to appropriate locations in an orderly fashion and in a manner that is easily accessible;
- Examine and inspect items against invoices or other documents, note missing items and return damaged items;
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders;
- Load and unload trucks;
- Take inventory of materials and report any discrepancies in stock levels. Enter data into computer system;
- Keep warehouse clean and tidy;
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management;
- Follow-up with suppliers and customers;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Methodical, autonomous and professional;
- Valid driver's licence (mandatory);
- Good physical condition;
- Ability to work with a computer system;
- Good time and priority management, respect for deadlines;
- Customer service skills;
- Good written and spoken French / written and spoken English (an asset).
