Job description
LCM Informatique, the Canadian leader in management software for recreational vehicle dealers, is looking to add a dynamic individual to its customer support team.
The ideal profile we're looking for is someone with a background in recreational vehicles or any other related field: leisure vehicles, boats, motorcycles, cars, etc.
Main description of the role:
- Support and guidance of customers on the software, via e-mail, telephone and other means.
- Train users on how to use the software.
- Assist in the start-up of new customers.
Knowledge of LAUTOPAK, NEWGEN2 and/or LARS software is mandatory.
Experience in sales, service and/or parts department is a prerequisite.
Experience in accounting would be an asset.
With pan-Canadian customers, bilingualism is preferred.
This is a hybrid position. Work will be performed from the office, from home and at the customer's premises.
Compensation is based on experience and knowledge. The company also offers a group insurance plan.
Full-time position 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
