Job description
Under the Service Manager's supervision, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop. You will play a key role in the customer experience, ensuring professional, friendly and efficient service.
Your daily tasks:
- Greet customers with a smile and gather information about their vehicle;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure communication between customer and technician;
- Keep the customer informed throughout the work;
- Clearly explain repairs and costs;
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance;
- Create a relationship of trust and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Profile:
- Good mechanical knowledge;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to advise and sell complementary services;
- Patient, calm and team player;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service sales;
- Computer literate (SERTI an asset);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Any combination of training and experience will be considered.
