As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our dealerships operations across Western Canada. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships with leaders and employees, helping to drive a high performance and values driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Partner with department managers and dealership leadership to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
  • Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to attract, hire and onboard top talent aligned with Capital's culture and goals.
  • Support and guide HR initiatives including engagement, retention, training and development.
  • Interpret and apply employment legislation across Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
  • Work closely with the Payroll team and OHS Manager to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies.
  • Lead or support investigations, performance improvement plans, and terminations with professionalism, confidentiality and consistency.


Qualifications:
 

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multi-site or dealership environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment standards and HR legislation in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and trust with leaders and employees
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast passed environment.
